This policy explains the information The Grid LV collects through thegridlv.com and how we use it.

Information you give us

When you join the launch list, request an event, buy a membership, purchase a gift card or reserve a session, we receive the details you submit, such as your name, email, phone number, reservation choices and message. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on our website.

Analytics and attribution

With your permission, Google Analytics helps us understand visits, page performance and which offers lead to reservations. We also record limited first-party conversion information such as campaign source, page, product and transaction value. We do not send form-field contents, names, emails or phone numbers to Google Analytics. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Service providers

We use Stripe for payments, Supabase for reservation and business data, Resend for transactional email and Vercel for website hosting. These providers process information as needed to provide their services.

How we use information

We use information to fulfill purchases, send confirmations, manage reservations and memberships, answer inquiries, prevent fraud, improve the site and measure marketing performance. We do not sell your personal information.

Email and follow-up

Transactional messages include reservation confirmations, event proposals, payment receipts and reminders about an active unpaid proposal or incomplete checkout. If you explicitly select an email-offer checkbox or join the launch list, we may also send opening updates, membership comparisons, post-race offers, referral messages and birthday reminders. Promotional messages include an unsubscribe link, and opting out does not stop transactional messages related to an active purchase or request.

Your choices

You can choose "Essential only" in our analytics notice. To change a saved choice, clear this site's local storage or contact us. You can unsubscribe from promotional email using the link in any such message. You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to records we must keep for payment, tax, fraud-prevention or legal purposes.
