Smiling Las Vegas bachelor and bachelorette party group racing simulator cockpits

Bachelor & bachelorette party activities · Las Vegas

Before the night out,
settle the grid.

Start the crew with something everybody actually does together: a private simulator racing championship with practice, qualifying, live timing and a final everyone will argue about later.

The group activity with a payoff

Everyone participates.
Someone wins.

Las Vegas itineraries can become a collection of reservations where half the group watches the other half have fun. At The Grid, the full crew receives practice, a qualifying time and a place in the event. The race director manages rotations, the leaderboard keeps non-driving guests invested, and the final creates a clean transition into dinner, drinks or the next stop.

Crew championship

A clean two-hour anchor.

  1. 01

    Arrive together

Check in, get fitted and hear the race format from your host.

  2. 02

    Set qualifying laps

Every driver earns a place on the timing screen.

  3. 03

    Run the heats

Rotating groups race while the rest of the crew follows results.

  4. 04

    Crown the winner

Finish with the final, podium photos and bragging rights for the weekend.

Works with the itinerary

Race first.
Vegas after.

Share the hotel area, dinner reservation and next stop in the inquiry. The event team helps choose a realistic arrival and finish time, including check-in. The Grid is east of the Strip resort corridor and convenient to the airport, making it a strong first or last structured activity before the group returns to the main nightlife plan.

  • Private competition without public walk-in racers
  • No previous simulator experience required
  • Optional trophies and prizes for the crew
  • Food and drink coordination available by proposal
  • Group photos and event photography options
