The Grid opens for regular racing October 1, but private facility events begin December 1, 2026. Choose December 1 or later to check Christmas-party and year-end availability. A date is secured only after the signed agreement and 50% deposit.

The 90-minute race and two-hour buyout have one published rate. The three-hour buyout is $2,995 Monday through Thursday and $3,450 Friday through Sunday.

Choose a taco, BBQ or wings package for your event. Each option is priced at the caterer’s 30-guest minimum and includes nonalcoholic beverages.

Planner questions
We open with eight simulators and structure larger groups in rotating heats. Packages are designed for 8 to 24 active racers. Additional spectators and non-racing guests depend on confirmed building occupancy.
No. Your race director explains the controls and configures driving assists for each guest. First-timers and experienced racers can compete in the same event.
The two-hour and three-hour buyouts reserve the full venue. The 90-minute private race reserves all eight Pro racing simulators but is not a full-venue buyout.
Catering coordination, trophies, prizes, branded trading cards and content packages can be added to your written proposal. Availability and outside-vendor rules will be confirmed before your deposit.
Send an inquiry first. After we confirm the event details, we send a private proposal on thegridlv.com. Accept the final revision, sign the two-page event agreement and pay the 50% deposit to secure the date. Credit card payments add a 3.5% card processing fee; ACH or wire transfer has no processing fee. The remaining balance is due at event end.
