Guests do not split into spectators and participants. Everyone gets a driver briefing, practice time and a scored place in the competition. Faster drivers advance, the room follows the leaderboard, and the final ends with a winner instead of an awkward “what do we do next?”

Choose a taco buffet, BBQ buffet or wings package, then add custom trophies, a branded trading card machine, branded leaderboards or event photography to the proposal. Catering prices reflect a 30-guest minimum and include water, Sprite, Coke, Dr Pepper and lemonade.
Mixed skill levels work.
Driving assists can be adjusted by racer, letting newcomers compete comfortably without flattening the challenge for experienced drivers.

Before the
green flag.
Can beginners race?+
Yes. Each event begins with an orientation and practice. Driving assists are adjusted so first-time and experienced drivers can compete in the same group.
Can we bring food or a cake?+
Food service, cake timing and outside-vendor rules are confirmed in the written proposal. Select catering coordination in your request so the event team can build the right plan.
When is the remaining balance due?+
A 50% deposit secures the date. The remaining balance is paid by credit or debit card at the end of the event.
