Las Vegas convention group events · Trade show after-hours
Bring exhibitors, sales teams, customers or conference guests into a private racing championship with a host, food, drinks and a reason for the whole room to talk.
Recommended convention package
A two-hour full-venue buyout is long enough for customer arrival, food, qualifying, races and a final without taking over the entire evening. Add a third hour for presentations, premium alcohol or a more relaxed hosted reception.
2026 timing note: SEMA runs November 3–6 and the Las Vegas Grand Prix runs November 19–21, before private facility bookings begin. The Grid can accept public racing reservations after opening, but private venue events start December 1, 2026. We will not imply November buyout availability.
