The three-hour full-venue buyout gives the office enough time to arrive, eat, qualify, race and celebrate without rushing the final. It starts at $2,995 Monday through Thursday or $3,450 Friday through Sunday, before food, drinks, enhancements and tax.
Booking restriction: Christmas and private facility events are accepted only for December 1, 2026 or later. A request does not hold a date; the signed agreement and 50% deposit secure it.

Before the
party.
When do private Christmas parties begin?+
Private facility events begin December 1, 2026. The Grid opens for regular racing October 1, but no full-facility event date before December 1 can be requested or secured.
Do guests need racing experience?+
No. Every driver receives a briefing and individually configured assists before qualifying.
Can we serve alcohol?+
Three-hour events can add premium alcohol service for $36 per person, or select no alcohol. Those are the only alcohol choices.
How is the date secured?+
After availability is confirmed, you receive a proposal on thegridlv.com. The signed Grid agreement and 50% deposit secure the date.
