Two-hour full
venue buyout.
For most groups, two hours gives 25 to 50 guests a complete hosted competition with time to gather, race and celebrate. Choose three hours when food, premium alcohol, branding or a more relaxed final hour matters.
Private bookings begin December 1, 2026. Full-facility dates before December 1 cannot be requested through the calendar or secured by proposal.

Know before
you buy out.
Is the venue completely private?+
Yes. Two- and three-hour buyouts reserve the full venue for the confirmed guest list during the contracted event window.
Are setup and shipping charged separately?+
No. This is an event inside The Grid, so there is no simulator shipping or separate installation line.
Is staff included?+
Yes. Grid staff are included to keep the event organized and guests happy during their entire stay.
How do payments work?+
A 50% deposit secures the date after proposal acceptance and agreement signature. Credit card adds 3.5%; ACH and wire are fee-free transfer methods.
